What is group study on NursEduc?

Group study is a feature built into NursEduc that lets you create or join a study session with other OIIQ, OIIAQ, or NCLEX-RN candidates. A session can be public, open to anyone looking for study partners, or private and shared only through an invite link with your classmates or clinical-placement peers. You can schedule it for a specific time or start it right away.

Why studying together works

Explaining a concept to someone else forces you to truly understand it, not just recognize it in a list of options. A standing appointment creates accountability that the mere intention to study alone rarely produces. Comparing your answers to clinical scenarios against a peer's reveals blind spots you would not catch alone. Studying with others mirrors a core nursing skill: collaborating and communicating under pressure as part of a team.

How it actually works

Create a session in a few clicks, scheduled ahead or started on the spot. Invite classmates with a direct link, or let other students discover it if it's public. Work through the same clinical scenarios live with the group, then compare answers in the session's built-in chat. If your session is hosted by a NursEduc tutor, a live video room is added alongside the chat so you can talk it through out loud.

How many sessions can you create?

Group study is included in the Session and Annual plans: create up to 10 sessions a month on the Session plan, or an unlimited number on the Annual plan. The Discovery and Monthly plans do not include this feature.
